Responsibilities of the Journals
In order to avoid illegal access to all articles submitted to the JLLRD Journal, we strictly enforce an embargo policy. Before they are published, the manuscripts will not be accessible to the public or the media. We will use every effort to guarantee that the reviewer honors their promise of anonymity. Before the paper is published in our journal, reviewers, editorial board members, and corresponding authors may have violated confidentially; nonetheless, JLLRD will take necessary steps to hold them accountable. This period of time, during which the paper is viewable in the current issue, is referred to as the embargo policy. This also stops unauthorized people from accessing or displaying the articles. This also ensures that every attempt will be made to assure that the reviewers honor their secrecy pledge. As of the project's official online publishing date in its whole and with full citation, this embargo is in place. Any contribution, even one that has been authorized, may not be published by the Journal if it breaches confidentiality by being leaked to the public or media before publication. The material can nevertheless be distributed at conferences or seminars provided that our publication is correctly cited or credited. Deliberation of the the article by peers, academics, reporters, the media, etc. is allowed until the embargo period ends, but the author should not divulge any data or the manuscript in all its parts as this could compromise the manuscript's citation in our journal or any other apparent defense for publication in our journal.
Responsibilities of the Authors
Prior to or following publication, the author ought not to make an article, a section of a material, or the study's main conclusions available to the media or general public. If they do, they should disclose that our journal is presently reviewing the whole manuscript. Once the work is submitted, the author will not share any details about it with the public or media until it is either rejected or published, if it is accepted. Nevertheless, until the Press Embargo date, the author should withhold any interviews with the media and any information about the manuscript (including research findings and manuscript content, in whole or in part) that they may provide through another oral or written medium (such as a website, forum, or blog).
Responsibilities of Media and Public
It is required of the media to follow press ethics and refrain from revealing any material before the embargo's expiration date. If someone discloses material in order to obtain expert counsel, they should still be considered to be in violation of the Journal's embargo regulations. Furthermore, any betrayal of honor—even by unaffiliated parties—will be prosecuted.
